Kaira Jewel Lingo is a former nun in the Plum Village tradition and a long-time student of Thay’s. She remains a member of the Order of Interbeing and a Dharma teacher in our tradition. This lesson is from her course, We Were Made for These Times: Ten Lessons for Moving Through Change, Loss, and Disruption, available on the Plum Village App. The course is based on her book of the same name that came out last year and is available at Parallax Press.
